Terms of Service
These terms describe the baseline rules for using TruePath while we prepare the full public launch. They should be reviewed with counsel before broad public release.
Marketplace Role
TruePath helps dog owners discover and request dog walking or sitting services from independent companions. Companions are responsible for providing services safely, professionally, and in line with their accepted bookings.
Bookings
A booking request is not confirmed until the companion accepts it. Owners and companions should keep availability, pet details, addresses, and care instructions accurate before a service begins.
Payments
The first mobile release uses request-first bookings. When payments are enabled, payments for real-world dog walking and sitting services may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider.
Safety and Conduct
Users must treat each other respectfully, provide truthful information, and avoid using TruePath for unlawful, unsafe, or misleading activity. TruePath may restrict accounts that create safety, fraud, or trust concerns.
